DIRECT PRESSURE REGULATOR (RDP)
The direct pressure regulators are automation devices, with no auxiliary energy that control the upstream and downstream working fluid pressure.
Technical characteristics
Nominal diameters: 10 … 150mm
Nominal pressure on case of cock: 16; 25; 40 bar
Maximum working fluid temperature: 325 °C
Working fluid: water; air; steam; gases; oil products, refrigerant agents
Adjusted pressure: 0.2 … 10 bar
Maximum working fluid temperature:
• 80°C for regulator without separation vessels;
• 225°C for regulator with separation vessels;
• 300°C for regulator with servomotor with bellows
DIRECT TEMPERATURE REGULATORS (RDT)
They are complex automation devices used for automatic adjustment of temperature in plants with thermal energy carrying fluids, in order to get maximum economy of thermal energy in different technological processes.
Technical characteristics
Nominal diameters: 15 … 150mm
Nominal pressures on case of cock: 16; 25; 40 bar
Maximum working fluid temperature: 300°C
Adjusted temperature: 30 … 200°C
